Corona cases in Maharashtra exceeded 48 lakhs The highest number of cases have been reported from Maharashtra and the number of corona cases in the state has now crossed 48 lakhs. 

In Maharashtra, the number of infected has reached 48 lakh 80 thousand 542



 while so far 72662 people have died due to corona. According to the Health Department, on 
Wednesday, 57640 new cases were reported in the state in the last 24 hours, while 920 people died. Apart from this, 57006 patients were sent home after treatment in one day. Earlier on Tuesday, 51 thousand 880 new Corona positive cases were reported in Maharashtra, while 891 patients died and 
65,934 people were cured by beating Corona during this period.
