 4,801 new cases of Covid-19 were reported in Telangana, bringing the total number of infection cases to 5,06,988 in the state, while 32 more deaths due to infection increased the number of deaths to 2,803. This information was given in the official bulletin. The Bulletin said that the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) had the highest number of 756 cases, followed by 327 in Medchal Malkajgiri and 325 in Rangareddy. 

There are now 60,136 under-treated patients in the state and more than 75,000 samples have been tested. With 7,430 more patients recovering from the disease, the total number of people who have been cured so far in the state stood at 4,44,049. So far, more than 1.37 crore samples have been tested in the state.
